A deed document is required in case of following :
- HUF (Hindu Undivided Family)
- Partnership (Registered/Unregistered)
- LLP (Limited Liability Partnership)
We need only few pages of the deed document viz. The 1st page where company name appears. The page where the co-parsenors/partners appears and the Percentage distribution of the parsenors/partners in the deed. You may scan the relevant pages in a single pdf file and upload. Please ensure that the scan document is less than 1MB.
